What Hired Creative collects, why, and how to get it removed. Last updated 26 September 2026.

When you visit

• Our server counts page views: the page, the site you came from (domain only), your country, your browser's user-agent, and a visitor code made by hashing your IP address with the date. The code changes every day and can't be turned back into your IP.
• Cloudflare sits in front of the site and handles your connection, as it does for millions of sites.

Only if you click Accept

• Analytics by PostHog (EU servers): pages viewed, clicks on links and buttons, and session recordings with everything typed into forms masked. Stored in your browser, not in cookies.
• Google AdSense, which may show ads and set Google's cookies.
• If you decline, neither loads. Change your choice

If you give us your email

• Job alerts: your email and the filters you chose. You confirm by email first, and every alert has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Signing in: your email, a sign-in cookie (hc_session, 30 days), the jobs you save, and any profile details you add.
• Posting a role: the details you send and your email, used only to review the role and contact you about it.
• Messages and reports: what you write, the page it was about, and a hashed IP address to stop spam.

Emails are sent through Resend. Community posts are public. We don't sell or rent anyone's data.

Getting your data removed

Unsubscribe from any alert with its link. For anything else, including deleting your account or everything we hold about your email, send us a message from the address concerned and we'll do it.
