The rules for using Hired Creative, for people looking for work and for employers. Last updated 27 September 2026.

What Hired Creative is

Hired Creative lists creative job openings found on company career sites, public job feeds and job boards, plus roles employers post here directly. We are not the employer, a recruiter or an agency, and we are not part of any hiring decision.

If you're looking for work

• Using the site is free. We never charge candidates, and no employer listed here may charge you to apply.
• Listings belong to the employers who published them. We link to the original; you apply on the employer's own page, under their terms.
• We check listings daily and remove closed ones, but a role can close, change or turn out to be wrong before we notice. Check the details with the employer before you rely on them.
• Pay is shown only when the listing states it. The visa sponsorship mark means the listing says so in words; we have not verified the employer's immigration practice. Confirm it with them.
• Never pay anyone to get a job, and never send bank or ID details before you have spoken to the employer through a channel you trust. If a listing looks like a scam, tell us and we'll look at it.

If you're an employer

• Posting a role is free. A person reviews every role before it goes live, and we may edit its category or formatting, decline it, or remove it later, with or without giving a reason.
• You confirm that the role is real and open, that you are allowed to hire for it, that the link works, and that what you tell us (including pay and visa sponsorship) is true.
• No fees charged to candidates, no misleading or discriminatory listings, no roles that are really sales of a course or a product.
• Roles we find on your own careers page are listed as they appear there, linking back to you. To have one corrected or removed, send us a message.
• An employer account can claim a company. We check each claim by hand and may ask for proof; one approved claim shows that company's views and apply clicks and lets you request featuring. Claim only a company you hire for.
• A featured listing costs $99 for 30 days: pinned at the top of the feed and its category page, marked Featured, and first in the daily email for its category. We send an invoice first; nothing is charged automatically. If we remove a featured role for breaking these terms, the fee is not refunded.

Everyone

• Don't scrape the site in a way that slows it down, get around its limits, or use it to send spam. The public API has rate limits; please keep to them.
• What you post in the community is public. Be decent; we remove posts that aren't.
• Hired Creative is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online but can't promise it always will be, and we aren't responsible for employers' listings, decisions or conduct.

• We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do.
